Most email tools are built for people who send constantly. Ollily is built for teams who send when they have something to say — a product update, a monthly note, an announcement that matters.
Workspaces keep each team's contacts and campaigns separate. Roles decide who can send and who can only draft. Everything is scoped to the workspace it belongs to, so a shared login is never the answer.
Email we send you
We send transactional email only — an account verification code when you sign up, a password reset when you ask for one, and an invitation when a colleague adds you to a workspace. Each is triggered by an action you have just taken.
We do not send marketing email to our own users without asking, and we do not sell or share your contact list. Bounced and complained-about addresses are suppressed automatically and never retried.
